Thank you for choosing our salon.
Services are provided only to customers who agree to comply with the following terms, conditions, and prohibited conduct. These rules are intended to maintain a safe and professional environment in which our therapists can provide high-quality service. Your understanding and cooperation are appreciated.
•Our services are provided solely for the purpose of physical and mental relaxation. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical condition and do not constitute medical care or treatment. Our salon is not a hospital, clinic, medical treatment facility, or establishment providing shiatsu, anma, therapeutic massage, acupuncture, or moxibustion under applicable Japanese law.
•Our salon does not provide or permit any service or conduct that violates applicable laws, regulations, public order, or accepted standards of morality. Customers are strictly prohibited from touching a therapist’s body or requesting any service that is not included in the selected service menu.
If prohibited conduct occurs, or if a therapist determines that continuing the session would be unsafe or inappropriate, the session may be terminated immediately and the customer may be required to leave. No refund will be issued in such circumstances. Depending on the nature of the incident, the customer may also be permanently denied future service. If staff determine that a therapist or any other person may be in danger, the police will be contacted immediately.
•The salon does not provide refunds or accept liability for illness, discomfort, injury, or any other adverse physical condition that occurs during or after a session.
•The salon is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings. Customers are solely responsible for securing and managing their valuables at all times.
•Photography, video recording, audio recording, covert recording, surveillance, or any conduct reasonably suspected to involve such activities is strictly prohibited.
•Solicitation, recruitment, or attempted recruitment of therapists by competitors, talent scouts, employment agents, or other third parties is strictly prohibited.
•If you must cancel or change your reservation due to unavoidable circumstances, please contact us as early as possible and before the scheduled appointment time. Customers who repeatedly fail to appear without notice may be prohibited from making advance reservations in the future.
•Future reservations may be refused if a no-show or last-minute cancellation is determined to be intentional, repeated, or otherwise abusive.
•Customers who arrive more than 15 minutes late without prior notice may have their reservation treated as a cancellation.
•Once you have met the assigned therapist, we cannot accept cancellations, therapist-change requests, refunds, or reductions to the reserved session length.
